2017-2019 Ford Powerstroke 6.7L BTO

All new pistons, rings, bearings, lifters, and gaskets are used throughout. New factory head bolts are used. Cylinders are bored and diamond honed to an oversize specification. The block deck is resurfaced. The cylinder head is completely remanufactured with new valve guides and a 3-angle seat cut. Springs are tested for correct pressures with valves seated and open. Valves are inspected and precision reground or replaced as required. New exhaust valves are installed. The head is resurfaced. All valves are vacuum tested after assembly to ensure perfect sealing. Engines are assembled with front and rear seals installed, as well as the front cover, rear cover, valve covers, and oil pan. The assembled engine is spin tested to inspect for correct oil pressure and compression, and the cooling system is pressure tested.
