Meet the BTO
This may be our entry level build, but it is far from basic. Our BTO series starts out with upgrades to common failure points and problem areas of the OEM engine. We then assemble the build using Mahle bearings, gaskets, and pistons; balance spin and check the rotating assembly; and add on upgraded head studs. This series is designed for daily drivers, work trucks, and those looking to get more reliability, power, and longevity out of their engine.
Cylinder Head
All Powerhouse Cylinder Heads are fully remanufactured in-house, and assembled with top of the line components.
Our cylinder heads also feature valvetrain customization options to help create an engine tailored to your needs.

Mahle Parts
This series is complete with Mahle bearings, gaskets, and pistons.

Spin Balanced
Crankshaft is digitally spin balanced to the weight of the rotating assembly on our CWT balancer.
