This engine is built entirely from new Ford components. It includes brand new pistons, rings, bearings, lifters, and gaskets throughout. The block features precision-machined cylinders and a resurfaced deck for optimal sealing and performance. The brand new cylinder head comes equipped with new valve guides, a 3-angle valve seat cut, and new exhaust valves. Springs are tested for proper seat and open pressures, and all valves are vacuum tested after assembly to ensure a perfect seal. The engine is assembled with new front and rear seals, valve covers, front cover, rear cover, and oil pan already installed. Every engine is spin tested to verify proper oil pressure and compression, and the cooling system is pressure tested to ensure integrity before leaving our facility.
