All new pistons, rings, bearings, and gaskets throughout. Head studs are used instead of factory torque-to-yield bolts. Cylinders are bored and diamond honed oversize. The block deck is resurfaced. Factory connecting rod bolts are replaced with ARP fasteners. The cylinder head is completely remanufactured with new valve guides and a 3-angle seat cut. Springs are tested for correct pressures with valves seated and open. Valves are inspected and precision reground or replaced as required. The head is resurfaced, and stainless-steel O-rings installed. All valves are vacuum tested after assembly to ensure perfect sealing. Engines are assembled with front and rear seals installed, as well as front covers and oil pan. The assembled engine is spin tested to inspect for correct oil pressure and compression, and the cooling system is pressure tested.
