Our technicians disassemble each engine, inspecting every component for wear and damage. We then use OEM or equivalent parts in the assembly to ensure reliability and performance, including new pistons, rings, bearings, gaskets, and seals. Cylinders are bored and diamond honed to an oversize specification. Factory connecting rod bolts are replaced with ARP fasteners. The cylinder head is completely remanufactured with new valve guides and a 3-angle seat cut.

Our rebuild process includes precision machining of the engine block and cylinder heads. We also upgrade common problem areas to enhance durability and performance. Engines are assembled with front and rear seals installed, as well as front covers and oil pan.
