Disassembly
Standard disassembly of your valve train components.
Clean & Inspect
Our technicians use a jet wash and hot tank to thoroughly clean each cylinder head, and the valve train components removing all dirt, grease, and carbon deposits. After cleaning, we carefully inspect each part for any signs of wear or damage and will advise accordingly.
Magnaflux
Our technician applies a magnetic particle solution to a magnetized cylinder head. Under UV light, any cracks or defects become visible as the particles are attracted to them. Our technicians then inspect the cylinder head and provide a detailed report of their findings, including any detected defects as well as recommended repairs.
Pressure Testing
Pressure testing helps identify leaks, cracks, and other defects. The process involves sealing the cylinder head and applying air pressure to check for any leaks.
